I'm a Westland mom, wife, and business owner — and the person who will actually be in your home, doing the work. After 20 years in the mortgage world, I built Brandy's Brushes & Bristles around the work I genuinely love: helping people feel at peace in their own spaces.
I especially love organizing and transforming cluttered rooms — the bigger the “before,” the more satisfying the “after.” My goal isn't a one-time job; it's a lasting relationship with people who trust me in their homes and businesses.

From your actual space, not a formula. After your booking request, Brandy does a quick walkthrough or reviews photos you send, asks about priorities, and gives one clear quote. Recurring cleans are priced by visit, based on size, condition, and frequency.
Only if you'd like to be. Many recurring clients aren't home — just let us know how you'd like us to get in, and we'll lock up and let you know when we're done.
Pets are family — we love them. Just tell us about them in the booking notes (names help!) and whether they should stay in a certain room while we work.
Yes — that's honestly our favorite work. Organizing and decluttering is judgment-free and at your pace. We'll sort together, set up simple systems, and help with donation and discard piles.
Both. Deep cleans, move-outs, pre-listing cleans, and event-ready cleans are all one-time friendly — and if you fall in love with how it feels, we'll happily set you up on a weekly or biweekly schedule.
